We have represented companies and individuals in False Claims Act matters, as both defendants and witnesses, as well as in matters involving the FTC, the Department of Education, the Small Business Administration, and various state agencies, in cases involving procurement, health care, and PPP loans, among other topics.

We have experience representing both companies and executives in internal investigations and counseling companies on compliance issues. We also routinely handle workplace investigations and have conducted investigations of complex and serious allegations of misconduct, including criminal misconduct, as well as discrimination, harassment, bullying, retaliation, and whistleblower complaints. We understand the importance of properly scoping an investigation and knowing what is required to get to the bottom of any particular situation, and we are just as comfortable handling large-scale matters going to the heart of a business as we are conducting very targeted reviews.

Together, we have almost three decades of litigation experience, having handled cases of all sizes and levels of complexity at both large law firms and for the federal government. We have experience litigating on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants and are equally as comfortable prosecuting claims as we are defending them. Our broad litigation experience includes business torts, breach of contract, insurance, and unfair business practices.
